Sellers must provide items in good faith, free of known issues which could undermine the sale process or hurt BST Sportcards marketplace at any given time. This includes fraud, theft, alterations, or other condition issues known to be in violation with our policies.

To use the marketplace in an honest and sincere manner. Place bids/offers which will be honored in the event of a sale. All sales are final. No exceptions. To never place bids from more than one account. To provide payment of items purchased with in 3 business days.

Auction (5,7, or 10 days), Fixed Price Item or Pixed Price Item/Best Offer (5,7,10 or 30 days)

Once the Auction, Fixed Price, or best offer is complete, you will receive a notification that you have won. You will then have 72 hours to pay before the item is listed unpaid and your membership is suspended.

A buyer has 72 hours to pay once an items ends, failure to do so results in an automatic suspension from the platform. A seller has 72 hours to ship the item with tracking after an item ends or they as well will be automatically suspended from the platform.

If a member wants to cancel their subscription, all they have to do is go into their dashboard and under account they can either cancel their selling subscription by clicking on “Cancel Auto Renew” or they can cancel their entire membership to the site by clicking “cancel account.” Cancelling an account will end all items selling immediately that do not have bids. We recommend cancelling auto renew first, this way your auctions will continue until the auction time has ended and you will then just have a buying account. Then if you want to leave the marketplace all together you can cancel your account.

Members can contact each other using the chat in their dashboard. BST can see the contents of these messages if there is a discrepancy.

Buyers & Sellers can leave feedback after transactions. These ratings are public to all members.

Buyers can initiate a return via the dashboard for the following reasons:

  • Item was not received
  • Item received was different than what was listed
  • Item was damaged

When a return is submitted BSTsportcards will receive a notification for the review process, a decision will be made in 48 hours. Returns are not allowed after 5 days of tracking showing delivered. Due to the volatile market with sport cards we feel this is sufficient time to generate a return for a legitimate concern.

On June 21, 2018, The United States Supreme Court ruled that e-commerce businesses such as BSTsportcards are required to collect sales tax from buyers in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Important Notes: Sales tax will apply based on your shipping address and NOT your billing address. Sales tax will apply to all purchases for applicable states, even for current bids that are live and hit later. Some states include shipping in the sales tax calculation while other states exclude - varies by state law.
